The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am looking at a 1999 Dutch Housing double wide home to buy and it of course is used but the interior as well as the exterior seem to be in good condition. However I know nothing about the quality of Dutch Housing mfg'd in Illinois. Can anyone share any info they know about this company and their standards? Thanks

If you plan to buy any used home, either manufactured or stick built, make sure you get it inspected by a liscensed engineer before you buy. The few hundred you pay for an inspection could save you thousands of dollars and a lot of hearache later.
