Roof Load on 1985 Fleetwood

Purchased a 1985 Fleetwood, Ser No CAFL3AF14904487. DOH # CAL303418,303419, and 303420 (triple wide) last November 2010. Would like to add PV solar panels to the roof which weight approx 4 lbs psf, but need to kow the roof load designed for the engineer. Any help? Assuming it is a 20# psf design because it is located in Southern Ca. Appreciate any help. Thanks
