What is the regulation re: permits & park models. One tells me under 400 sq ft = no permit and another tells me under 500 sq ft = no permit. What is the correct answer? Thank you.

Check with the local building authority (inspector). Each area will have its own rule..In my area 450 sq ft is the threshold.
