Help Refinancing

I need help. I own a 2007 Deer Valley Hampton home.

I need help refinancing it. My credit score is over 715 and my wife's credit score is over 640. Our credit scores aren't the problem. Neither of us have ever had a repo. All our bills are paid on time. I've been at my current job for 7 years and my wife had been in her industry for almost 10 years. Our home is in great shape, we have 3/4 acres to include in the refinance, a nice 20 X 16 deck and a metal carport. I backed the skirting with treated plywood before for loan purposes. The problem I have is this, I live in a very rural area and there aren't any comps to compare my home to. I had my home almost refinance at a much lower rate, but the appraiser looked and looked but couldn't find a comp. All the loan companies are fine with loaning me the 80 something thousand for the home but they just can't find the 3 comps that they need. Any ideas, suggestions, or companies. I'm at the end of my rope, I need help.

Call a local realtor or 2, they may be able to locate comps that the appraiser cannot!
