1975 Viking M/H Doublewide

What are the vents in the floor when my heat and cold come from the ceiling ? I can't feel anything coming from them, can they be covered up?

Not sure but they are probably air returns..Often in newer homes there will be vents that equalize the air pressure between the rooms. In some cases these are in the floor..In either case they should not be covered..
