Renegotiation help

Recently my wonderful ex, ugh, turned over to me his share of ownership in our first mobile home, we both were are the lien holders the buyer pays through a loan servicing company..Evidently he knew what was coming, that the buyer maybe defaulting, I'm positive he read the "Tea Leaves" or highly suspected trouble was coming, so he had it to me..

I've talked with the buyer and she doesn't want to move so I suggested a new contract making payments for her easier allowing her to stay in her home and I still have the extra money a month.

Me, I like the idea but how do we go about making a new contract and getting it out of the loan service which just is basically our baby sitter? No, Yes?

I'm sure she and I can work a new deal but where do we start?

Any advice would be very appreciated.
Thank you, so much.

With a good attorney to be sure your ex is fully out and to break away from the service company. I think you have the right idea..
