House Move in Harford County, MD

The idea I have in my head is a big, hairy, audacious one so here goes. Looking for some help/advice.
I live in Harford County, MD. I wish to move my house about 6-7 miles up the road to Perryville, MD (zip 21903). Zoning has been a problem, I have been in contact with the town's planning/zoning person and I am trying to figure out if it would be approved for a 28 X 60 2008 Skyline manufactured house before I buy the lot. I am in a park and I am frustrated by the constant rent increases. In any case, this is what I would like to do:
1. I would like to hire a good, competent tear-down/transport/set-up company to actually execute the move. Having trouble finding one in my area.
2. I would like to obtain financing so that I can get the move, foundation construction, and all hook-ups paid for.
3. Obtain advice concerning details that I may not have thought of.
I wish to have the house placed on a full basement. Basement will remain unfinished until a later date due to money concerns. Need to accomplish this on as much of a shoestring as possible.
The lot has numerous access problems. A somewhat narrow lane with a tight curve leads into the lot, and there are many low tree branches along the lane. Trying to get a line on whether or not what I have in mind is going to be possible. Thanks for your help.
