Land & Mobile home

We live in a three bedroom double wide with almost 13 acres of land. We have now out grown our home. Is it possible to separate our land from the mobile home so that we could get a modular home.

I am sure you can but if you owe money on the combination the bank will have to be paid..Each state will have a different process for reactivating the title. Anyone in the Modular business should know the process in your area...
