installing osb in subfloor can i use a sealer on it if so what kind?

when installing osb for a subfloor can it be screwed in or must it be glued?

Exterior grade OSB is treated to stand up to moisture. I don't think painting it will make any difference

Gluing is not a good idea. You can use screws but will need to be sure they are flush and smooth for vinyl. We use a nail gun. Its easier to get the heads flush
