Live on at a School site

We are living at a school site currently in a newer manufactured home . The school district has decided to end our program, and is asking us to move our home. We want to sell our home, and are even willing to basically sell the rest of the loan. We aren't looking to make a profit, but rather not walk away from our loan. Whoever buys, will need to move it, and have a place to move it to. What is the likelyhood of accomplishing this, and how long do you think it might take to find a buyer? Our home is a 2003-2004 1700 SF with 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. We don't even know what the value might be. Thank you for your help! We live in California if that helps...

For help with the local market value of your home go to https://ssl.xpr.com/mfdhousing/mhcredit/value.php

The time it will take depends on too many factors for anyone to give you a an accurate answer. The re-sale market is generally very slow as there seems to be a national disinterest in housing at this point in the cycle.
