I am thinking of expanding my kitchen and am thinking of eliminating the wall between it and the bathroom, and relocating the bathroom by eliminating a bedroom. I am going to replace the bedroom with a bathroom and walk in closet. Anyway, I was wondering if it was a load bearing wall. I don't think so but thought I had definitely better check.

There are of course the exterior walls and there are marriage walls that are about 10-11 feet into the house from each side. There is also a marriage wall in the kitchen that extends from the right side of the M.H. but I will leave that one where it is. Please advise and thank you.

There is very little that you can imagine, in the way of renovations, that you can not do with your manufactured home. You do need an understanding of how support works with framed structures. You might find that you need to increase the number of piers under your home, and/or increase the size of the lumber that carries a portion of the roof load.

You need to find an experienced renovator or builder to inspect your home to determine what is required to insure the structural integrity of your home.
