switching out homes

I am new to this site and know that the answer is probably in here somewhere but having a hard time searching online for this subject. SO here it is:
I have a 1980 whitfield that i own along with the land in a manufactured home neighborhood.
After divorce and bankruptcy i am here for a while, but wonder if I cant at least prepare to finance a new manufactured house and take the one i live in now (with more problems than value) off the land.
I need threads or advice on the following questions:
1. Is their a specialty out there that "switches out" homes like that?
2. Can i profit from my current home's salvage or use that value in some way to pay for the removal and new placement.
3. WHat will my mortgage company have to say?
4. Is this something that people are actually pulling off. I dont want to move so much as everything around me is broken and outdated and I cant afford to fix it.
5. It would be helpful to know "balpark" figures. How much for removal? how much for lisences and permits? How much for a replacement 3 bedroom-1500 sq ft? And again, is there a service that does it all and how much do they ask?
This will save me hours of searching-which is why i love the experts that answer questions in forums. THANKS!
