Ok first of all I have never bought a home now the details I live in Washington state I need to find something now if there is anything ok my credit score is 603 I have some bad things on there from like a 1-2 years ago but I am working on that I am a full time student we bring in something around $3300 a month but my husband only has a ITIN which most know that is a TAX ID i know I do not need people coming and telling me that this is wrong and so on I just want help we can make the house payments I know that is not alls it takes is my word I just want to know if there is any hope out there for us we need a 3 bed 2 bath we are not asking for a 500,000 dollar loan something in the 100,000s is payment of no more than $1100 we are about to put that into rent here soon so if anyone can suggest anything that would be great i dont want scams or rude people just some help.
