The odds of finding an installation manual that old are slim. You might find a copy on file with the office that regulates MH installation in your state. If not that same office should be able to provide you with the current state installation standard for pre-owned homes.
Contact your state's manufactured housing association. They might maintain a library of old manuals, or be able to help you find the original.
