I need tiedown regs for WY. IE: # of tiedowns per X feet such as How many needed on a 60'X24' dblwide Modular?
My insurer has no rules and the city (Douglas) which has rules says they have no juristriction where mine is set.

Re: Wyoming MH tiedown regs?
I am assuming you mean a manufactured home. that being said, it was designed to meet the HID code which requires the manufacturer calculate the wind load against the home and the then determine the anchoring requirements.
Typically, you will need a ground anchor within 2' of the end of the home and every 10' apart.
Some of the new systems may also work for you, but check the installation manual. It will tell you everthng you need to know.
PS....Every home requires anchors to the ground or foundation. just because your local code people don't enforce it, doesn't mean your house won't slid off the piers in a wind storm.
