Looking to buy a McKenzie 4060

Hi all, I'm new to this site but had a question. My girlfriend and I are looking at the Karsten, McKenzie 4 bed 3 bath 40'x60' from Vic Cox in Lynden Washington and was wondering if anyone had any thing negative towards either Vic Cox the dealer or the model we have chosen? Help us out before we sign. Thanks.
