The vast majority of problems manufactured home owners report are due to homes settling out of level and square. There is no cosmetic easy fix.

The door opening should be supported by a foundation pier under at least on one if not both sides of the opening. You may be able to adjust the door opening back to square by tapping in or pulling out the wedge shaped shim that should be on top of the pier(s)

Put a four foot level on several spots of the main frame I-Beam. If it is not level You need to get the home relieved or you will continue to find additional problems that will effect your ability to enjoy your home. The longer you let this go the worse the problems will be and the more expensive to repair. You will fist notice the doors and windows not working properly but if you let it go long enough you could find roof leaks and possible separation at the center line.

Are you inclined to really see how out of level your home is? Consider the Manufactured Home Releveling Kit This Kit includes complete step-by-step instructions and a waterline level like the ones used by the pros. Use these instructions and the enclosed waterline level to determine whether or not your home is out of level. Or you can simply use this information to become a better-informed consumer and give yourself the upper hand when it comes to hiring a contractor to do the job.
