You can find book value reports for HUD Manufactured Homes Here. To place a value on a modular home you need to get an appraisal. Unlike a Manufactured Home the modular is always considered part of the real-estate and cant be valued with out incuding the land value.

Can anyone tell us a comprable new (current) builder of mobile homes to that of Gentry ATCO in the 70's.... We are researching replacement costs due to loss from fire. Ours were 2 doublewides connected with extensive remodeling. Only thing left of the original mobiles was the frame (kinda)... help

Sounds like a project for a professional appraiser. Try to find a NADA certified manufactured home appraiser for that special expertise needed for this project. A proper appraisal will cost about $350. Once done a pro will defend his/her results with explainations how this is done.. Good Luck
