What are the steps to take when building an attached garage to your manufactured home? Do you run into the same problems financing it that you do if you were to build an addition? Thanks,

Finance would be similar.. Seems like you have had a problem finding home improvement loans. This is now a problem for every kind of home...

Your biggest problem is that very few manufactured homes are designed for the attachement of any structure. Check your owners manual, I will bet it says, any auxillery structure must be independantly support.
Couple that with the need for a fire rated wall seperating the garage and home, and your egress door should not open into a garage, you have many other things to consider.
