water pressure

I have a 1992 Fleetwood singlewide. I am having water pressure problems. The Utility company checked the pressure to the waterline near the house. It appears fine and within requirements. Pressure is down to 35psi.

My question is there a water pressure value in the mobile home? Could that need replacement and where is it located.

Thanks
Taking weak showers.

Check your outside hose bib.  If you have good pressure there then you know the problem is in the home's plumbing system.  Look under the home to see if you have one or more leaks. Mice and other small creatures can smell water through the pipes and will chew on the pipe 'till they create a drinking source. Look for dampness on the bottom board of the home and ground. It is possible to have enough water escaping to drop the pressure at the end of the line where you want itThere is no such thing as a pressure valve but you can check the shut off valve that is most likely in line just under the water heater where the water comes into the home.  Be sure it is open all the way.The most common cause of poor water pressure is an accumulation of sediment in the fixtures.   Start at the shower head...remove it and see if the pressure is better.  At my home our well water contains a lot of iron and calcium.  I have to clean or replace my shower heads three or four times a year. The faucets also get slow and I have to clean or replace the screen at the end of the spout assembly.  Depending on what is gathering you can get chemicals that you can drop the shower head and faucet screen into that will dissolve the sediment.  You will generally find what you need in your area at most local grocery stores. In our place the sediment starts to erode the valves after a while...  I buy cheep plumbing fixtures and replace them every third or forth time they get clogged. There is no point to high priced fixtures as they get just as clogged as the cheep ones.  You can find a very reasonable line of products on line at the Mobile Home Parts Store
