removing carpet

I want to remove carpet from my bedrooms and replace with a hardwood look alike how should I go about doing this not a DIY'er but I've been told that it's so easy. Any suggestions

Follow the floor manufacturers instructions. You can find easy to install kits at Lowe's or other home improvement store.
