double wide mobile home

I have my sister's mobile home on my property which is not attached to the property. She passed away three years ago but did not sign over the home. I have from her three children a noterized signed document for the home to come to me. I have not done anything as yet so far as transfering the title. What would I have to do at this time to get the title in my name? I am in Austin, Texas. Would it go into probate and what would this mean if it did?
