Good afternoon. I need to know who purchased Homestead Homes that was located in Cordele, Georgia. Which manufacturer is now handling warranty issues for them? I thought it was Champion, but found out they aren't. Maybe Clayton?

Thanks for the compliment. Feel free to chime in with your experience and wisdom and help others all you can. Since Homestead Homes closed in January 2005, I doubt there would be any warranty left...In December of 2005 a unrelated modular company started to build in that plant. I have not heard much of them and I would doubt they are still in business. You can read some of the history here;
