its 3 bedroom 60 wide but what does mean

who would of made this mobile home

Would you mean 60 foot long not wide?."sout" sounds like some abreviation for Southern, Southern Energy or Southern Lifestyle. all built by Southern energy in Al or Tx. Of course there are many other possibilities. The actual builder will be listed on the HUD label posted on the wall somewhere or on the title documents held by the state. If you would tell us which state you are in maybe we could help more.
