You can purchase a book value statement here on this web site but you will need a lot more information..Such as which Fleetwood model, exact size and a complete list of features as well as your best determination of condition..Plus the location will help as well..Go here for your book value

1963 national single wide who makes this and the value is not in the blue book. looking for value of home no land included 2 bedroom 1 bath

The NADA system fro putting a value on older homes is a bit complicated but reasonably accurate. You can purchase a value report at ManufacturedHomeCredit.com

Get the home value from the above link..but the land value will be localized to your area...In some areas 2 acres is worth less than 10K and in others 2 acres can well be in the millions...You might want to invest in a professional real estate appraiser in your area..A full proper appraisal will cost about $300 but the info might be worth avoiding a large mistake..
