Can you tell me what the average 30 & 15 yr fixed interest rates are going for on a new manufactured home in Central Florida in a leased land community? My credit score is 739 and my husbands is 685.

Rates will be a little higher than those with real estate mortgages...Rates for homes (in lease communities) will be lower with larger down payments and better credit scores..The credit scores you have are considered some of the best..Lenders will be very happy to help you..
