set up of double wides

when you buy a double wide and they sub contract a company to transport and set up what does that usually include and are there any joints under the trailer that hook togeather to keep the two sides hooked up

Delivery and set costs are sometimes included in the price quote...Like anything all prices are negotiable...Be sure you get any serious price quotes in writing..When buying EVERYTHING MUST be detailed in your purchase contract..You MUST read it and understand all terms before signing...

Set procedure varies with the house..All details will be covered in the set up manuaL THAT COMES WITH ALL MANUFACTRUED HOME...The home should be set EXACTLY to the specs specified in it..

With most multi sectioned homes, they attach in multiple areas under the home and the roof and end walls are usually also attached..Many have a way to even attach the inside walls as well..There will be hundreds of attachment points on most home...
