Tank less Water Heaters

I am getting close to replacing my original Rheem Hot water heater. I was told originally that the Rinnai was not authorized for use in manufactured housing. I got my latest issue of Modern Homes publication and it had an ad for the Rinnai tankless water heater. Has anything changed with the ruling on tankless systems or was that ad geared toward modular housing only?
