I purchased a used manufactured home, with MattGuard foundation blocks(they are very similiar to the Foundation Works style).
The county requires the installation specs. MattGuard is no longer in business and I can't seem to locate any. Can you help me to obtain some.
I have talked to the designer of them, and he doesn't have them.

Thanks
Ron

What the county is asking about is the set up manual supplied by the manufacturer of the home( not the foundation system)...If the manual is unavailable there will be a generic state approved code that will be acceptable..Any licensed set crew will have knowledge of the accepted set up proceedure..Matter of fact most states REQUIRE a licensed set crew to pull the local permit..

I have the manufactures set up manual.

They actually want the MattGuard set up specs.
They say they haave never seen then and need to be sure they are strong enough.
