My husband has been offered a job in California, we live in Belleville, MI 48111
and we need to sell our home ASAP. Can we sell to a Manufactured Housing Agent
and get what we can. We would like to sell it to a realtor because we don't
have alot of time or the extra money to stay in Michigan and wait until it
is sold.

As was said in the thread a few posts down from this one...You are selling a house...Currently even in strong markets homes are listed for 3 or more months prior to offers..Unfortunately your are in the WORSE housing market in the whole US now..Selling it to speculators is always possible..But you should be ready to take a large bath..Often local dealers will buy quickly, sometimes parks owners will buy quickly and also landlords will buy quickly if it can be rented in place..All of these will want to "steal" the home from you..If you tell them you are in a panic they will even offer less...

I hope you checked out housing costs in CA..Most folks from the rest of the country cannot believe how high housing is in CA..It is NOT unusual for a basic manufactured home ,2 bed single, to rent for $1500/ mo in a park...Safe apartments can be much higher..
