We are looking to buy a durabuilt awning for our deck.
I would like to know about finding the right size for getting a long awning for our deck? We are not allowed o get a roll up one, we had a alumin awning on our old mh? This one didn't come with any awning? We want one to be put on over our deck. Our mh is 44' wide and I don't know the length. But I have the sq. ft., which is 1200 sq ft? Could you help?

I am not sure I understand your question...BUT your math might not be right...A 1200 sq ft 44 ft wide home would only be 28 feet long...44x28 equals about 1200..

From your post I'm assuming that what your seeking is a Dura-Bilt brand Canopy
or other aluminum awning as opposed to a canvas cover. Unless your planning on installing your porch canopy yourself your best option is probably to go through the local yellow pages and take bids from three or four local aluminum contractors
