Town Homes Mobile Home - FEMA

I am searching for a manufacturer "Town Homes Mobile Home" that is the listed manufacturer of a 14'X64', ADA compliant mobile home purchased by FEMA approximately 2004 after the hurricanes in Florida. Our government entity is purchasing a home from FEMA to replace the destroyed home of a client. I need to contact the manufacturer for a floor plan in order to obtain permits for the installation, septic tank installation, etc. The home is not currently within a proximity that it can be seen and FEMA apparently does not have this information available.
I have been unable to locate the manufacturer in any web searches. Any assistance in locating this manufacturer will be greatly appreciated.

The comprehensive specialist in this type of product is Turtle Homes Corp...They may have well built this product..I do not see any mention of a product by this name on their site but a call to them might be worth the effort..They DO offer many products in this field..They might well be another alternative for you...

Town Home is probably the model instead of the manufacturer. This information is listed on the data plate inside the home. It will be in a closet or a kitchen cabinet.

Town Homes is owned by Gary Towns former GM of Homes of Merit, Lake City.
They are across the street from Homes of Merit.
Like most southern manufacturers they built many homes for FEMA in 2004/2005.

Thanks....I cannot believe I did not think of them...What a group of industry veterans...The board of directors includes..Chuck Weeder (former owner of Homes of Merit and pioneer of qulity homes in FL, Mike Collins and Todd Frier (very successful dealers in NFL)...I am sure anything this croud built would be top of the line..
