Hi. my wife and I are planning to buy a mobile home in the Silicon Valley area as a residence.

We would like to know the meaning and differences and significance of some terms.

For example, what is the definition of a registered owner?

And can one or more of the registered owners differ from those listed on the grant deed?

Can one or more of the registered owners differ from those who borrow the money for the mortgage to finance the home purchase?
