Foreigners buying Maufactured Homes?

Hello!

Is is possible for a non-US national to buy a manufactured Home (looking at Florida) ?

Someone said that you'd also need an American Driving license... is this true?

You should have no problem....There are very large communities devoted exclusively to Canadian nationals and others that cater to other foreign nationals...Find an area, community you like and a home that suits your needs and GO FOR IT...
