upgraded norris

I have been comparing Norris & Crystal Valley homes for sometime now and people seem to think that the Crystal Valley is by far the best. The Crystal Valley has 2x3 interior walls with no upgrade per salesman. They have gone to a full width floor, not sure of type. The Norris comes standard with 2x4 inertior walls 16"oc. If you upgrade a Norris to 2x10 flooring joinst, 2x6 ext walls, 3/4 osb floors, all drywall, do you still think the Crystal Valley is the better home & why. Is it just the fit & finish or what am i missing??

Norris builds lower end product,
Crystal valley is higher end and Patriot, the parent company is very reputable.
