1999 Buccaneer Clipper II

My wife and I are considering purchasing a 1999 Buccaneer Clipper II home, 16x80, 3 beds and 2 baths. It's a nice home that needs only minor cosmetic repairs.
I was just wondering what you can tell me about the construction of this home. Like what type and thickness of floor decking is used in this home, floor joist size and spacing, etc. The floor seems very solid. I just would like some general info about Buccaneer and this particular line of home if possible.
