selling just mobile homes

Just found your site. Listen, I have 2 mobile homes sitting on rented lots side by side in Jacksonville, FL. My question is can I sell them to someone who will either rent the lot or move the homes? They need minor repair, ie..new carpet, a few loose boards. one is 1985 Cors 56' 2 bdrm 2 bth the other is a 1982 Crow 66', 2 bdrm 2 bth. How much do you think they are worth approximately. The a/c - heat units are under 5 years old. Any suggestion would be so helpful. Thanks, Jer
