Clayton manufactured homes

I heard they are having quality problems. I am looking to buy one a year old with water stains on ceiling. Told this water got in from rain before the home got put together; but repairs are visible.
Are Clayton good homes and any thoughts about the water stains?

Clayton is the single largest builder, dealer, lender in the business...Am Iright that this is a Vanderbilt reposession...Could be the problems is what caused the repo...No new home should leak at anytime...before, during or after set up...Excessive moisture can often turn to mold problems....Be sure any promises are clearly in writing...It might be smart to invest in a home inspector to get a professional opinion of its problems...Good Luck...
