How can we see if our park is being sold from under our feet? It appears by the looks of our park here in MI all the homes are moving and all the residents are being evicted. Yet when you ask the 20th manager now if the park is sold they say NO. As if they will tell us.
The park is owned and operated by a large company. I know offers have been made to the park owners by local builders in the area. We are surronded by half million dollar homes.
Our park looks like a ghost town and I am worried I will be given a 30 day notice to vacate. Our leases are no longer being renewed. So everyone is on a month-to-month lease.
