Wholesale Lenders

Hello,

I used to do a considerable amount of land/modular purchases, but left my material "at the office" when I left the industry about four years ago. When I returned to residential lending about six months ago, the refis for stick built swamped me.

Now that things are a little slower, I'd like to find some wholesale lenders for this type of lending. That brings me to my questions.

Do you offer any wholesale products? IIf not, can you steer me toward some of the respectable wholesale lenders?

Eagle Funding is a source I always used in the western region. I'm pretty sure Accredited is another source for these types of deals. www.aaronfinancial.net specializes in all types of mobile purchases and refis, but they are a brokerage. Wausau is a wholesale lender for manufactured homes, but I'm not sure which types. www.JCFInc.com does homes in the park. Let me know if find any of these helpful.
