We purchased a Scotbuilt home through a broker in Palm Beach County Florida. We are for the most part VERY happy with the home, but have a few problems. For instance, we closed on our loan 2 weeks ago and the phone still does not work, the phone company has come twice, but someone from Scotbuilt must fix the problem inside the house. Our broker keeps saying tomorrow.
Does anyone have a way to contact Scotbuilt directly? I am frustrated as my husband is in the house in Florida, but I am still closing on our home in Texas. He hasn't started looking for a job, because he has to stay hom because the Scotbuilt people are coming. And our broker is a joke - love the home, wish we could have done this deal without him.

You actually have a Scottbilt Home...Slight spelling difference....

There web site does NOT have a phone number listed for the service department...not a good sign...The owners manual will have one your hubby could call....
