How do you fix squeaky floors? The home has just been set-up in June and has had time to settle. It is set on concrete runners and the piers are bolted to tthe concrete. What do I do to fix the problem?

If this home is new...call in a warranty complaint...Also try posting on the repair blog here...There are a few great hands on techs that answer questions from experience there..

Squeaking floors are just s symptom. The possible cause of the "squeaks" is the floor decking has come loose from the floor joists which is a violation of the HUD Code.

Call the manufacturer.
