new mortgage insurance

what is the general insurance cost for a brand new manufactured home,we were purchasing a 2006 jacobsen home, fha mortgage but its looking like insurance on it will be about 150-200 a month ,but mortgage company estimate it only being 95 a month and he told us this gal thats getting a place just the houses and down and fixing to close on hers found it for 65 a month, we called the place but they said they havent heard of her, but then again the agent who suppose dealt with her was out.we live in florida and cost of home is about 80,000

My guess is the lower numbers are right - 80 a month or so.
