I'm trying to locate who may have manufactured the following home:

1977 West Model.

A physical inspection of the home came up with the following #:
CIPAPWA52243KF21826. The DMV has no record of that number in their system.

The home is located in Frederica, Delaware.

Any information that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

I have since found out that it's a 1977 Westchester.
