we have a brand new mobile home nobody but us has lived there its going on a year old. We have warped and bowed walls. The trailor house people tell us thats cosmetic promblems. There is nothing they can do about that. Our kitchen cabinets are bowed also and sinking inwards in the counter top. They tell us there is nothing they can do about that. That hud don't require a house to have cabinets. When we went to the trailor lot to pick out the house there was no roof damage. When they delivered our house, there was a huge dent in the peak of the roof. Which made cracks in the ceiling . After 4 months we noticed the roof was coming up all the nails had done fell out. we'll the service man that came out and looked he said in 15 years he has never seen that happen. They replaced the nails. But are roof is so wavy, it looks horrible. Since we had the trailor every time it would rain , water would pour onto a 2/20 outlet electric stove plug in. we kept telling them water was flooding our floor they told us it was our fridge. we'll one night we had a bad storm. we pulled the stove out to clean up the water . thats when we seen the hole in the wall. They finally fixed this promblem but wont replace the alnulium which had popped up and some places are tore. we have gaps between the border of the wall and the ceiling .Our backdoor when it rains water comes through and asround the door . they put another door on but its still rains in through the window that you look out of. now they wont come back out. Please help what do we do now

If you have any complaints about the performance of your manufactured home that have not been resolved by the retailer where you purchased the home you should contact the manufacturer that produced the home. If the problems are left unresolved by the factory then you need to contact the state agency where you live that administers the federal code regulating manufactured housing. You can find the contact information for that agency on our site at www.mfdhousing.com/saa It is important to provide the following information with your complaint: First write a numbered list of all the problems. After you have listed each problem then list the dates and names of the people at the dealership and the manufacturer that you spoke to about the problems. Then list the dates that service men came to your home and what they did during that visit. Also be sure to include: Your name, address and a telephone number where you can be reached during the day The name of the manufacturer The serial number and model number of your home The HUD label number (the red tag on the back of the home) The date purchased The name of the retail business who sold you the home. Copies of any correspondence or contacts with the retailer and the manufacturer to resolve the problem. Make copies of this letter. Keep one and send a copy by Certified Mail Return Receipt to: -1- The Dealership where you purchased the home -2- The Manufacturer of the home -3- The Agency that regulates manufactured housing in your state. You can find the contact information for that agency on our site at www.mfdhousing.com/saa Please let us know how you make out. Good Luck.
