Where can I find a listing of the Manufactured Home communities where the home owners own the land and don't have to pay rent on the lots?

There is one in Wisconsin I belong to. Not sure where you are looking. Green Lake Wisconsin, South Shore Terrace. We own all the land, marina with boats slips,etc, but its only 3 season becuase they turn off water in winter. You can still use it but need to get water to flush, wash etc.
