Am a real estate broker and have a property and buyer ready to close Dec 19 and in course of appraisal and flood letter authorization, lender determines that home is manuf and not modular as we were told at onset by other broker.
Now we are scrambling to find a loan. I have a sub prime buyer (independent truck driver, self employed, stated income only, bankruptcy 2003 and repo 2004, repo sold and no balance owed by buyer.) All is ready except for a lender for this scenario.
123000 purchase, 3% seller concessions toward costs of buyer, 80/20 loan
can anyone help locate a lender? HOme 30 min from St Louis
