Cresdeck vs Novadeck is there a difference?

Still looking at manf homes and marlette will upgrade to plywood for 3000 dollars. The Palm Harbor is standard with 3/4 inch OSB. Both these homes are nice but expensive with the need to upgrade everything. Home Builders Nortwest has a great home with all the upgrades standard. There is one problem, and that is they use 3/4 inch cresdeck! I have heard all kinds of stories and is there a difference between Cresdeck and Novadeck?

Both are press-board products..keep them dry......PH will do 3/4 inch plywood in most plant for $1000...The NC plant would be an exeception....

If I had kids or wasn't hard core about cleaning things up, I would insist on plywood. I live in a Karsten with Cresdek floors. No problems so far, but I would have preferred plywood.
