Get a dealer license in the state you live....Factorires only sell to licenced dealers..some factories have factory direct store..Such as Clayton Homes, Palm Harbor Home and in CA Champion owners Advantage Homes...In the SE Horton owns Dynasty Homes...There will be other factory owned dealerships in almost every area of the country...
