I went to look at a 1987 Skyline manufactured home in a park in Gold Beach, OR. It is a 2 bedroom/2bath model with a new roof and all appliances included. It seems to be in fairly good condition. My problem is that she is asking $60,00, and I think this may be too much. What do you think? The location is good. I am not familiar with the value of manufactured homes, but I felt that this price would nearly buy a new or newer home. The prices I've seen on line seem to confirm my beliefs, but I would like to hear from someone with more experience. Thank you
